Work Site Environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming, Layer poultry farming, Other miscellaneous crop farming
Work Setting: Staff accommodation provided
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Type of Crops: Apples, Bell peppers, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflowers, Cherries, Cucumbers, Garlic, Melons, Onions, Strawberries, Sweet corn, Tomatoes
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform tasks Budding trees, Clipping, Harvesting seedlings and Mixing fertilizer
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops also fertilize and spray crops
- The candidate should be able to harvest crops also operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market also weed, prune and trim trees and plants
