Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and develop, implement, and analyze budgets
  • The candidates should be able to participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, and lead/instruct individuals
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff, and manage events
