Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 1 year of experience in working with clients and achieving sales results. Prior banking experience in an asset

  • The candidates should be able to, as a Financial Services Representative, foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions that will help their financial success
  • The candidates should be able to be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends
  • The candidates should be able to deliver a great client experience and be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance
  • The candidates should be able to meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan
  • The candidates should be able to use their knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals
  • The candidates should be able to engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients they value them and their communities
  • The candidates should be able to grow their network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to become a technology expert and share their knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications, helping them to better manage their banking needs
