Position: Food and Beverage Service Runner Assistant

Salary: $15.65 to $17.50 per hour for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Victoria, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
The candidate should be physically demanding and be able to stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and have an efficient interpersonal skills
The candidate should be someone who can be relied on

Responsibilities:

The candidate should be able to replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas also keep records of the quantities of food used
The candidate should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables also stock refrigerators and salad bars
The candidate should be able to clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment also have food safety/handling skills
The candidate should be able to liaise between chefs and customers also clean bar area and wash glassware
