Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Multi-line switchboard, Word processing software, Database software, Central reservation system (CRS), Internet

- The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments
- The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
