Salary: $18.00 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 3120 Mccallum Road Abbotsford, BC V2S 7W7
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, and Public transportation is available.
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, and Food and beverage plant
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and handle weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs), demonstrating attention to detail
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks, be reliable in fulfilling their duties, and be team players capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials, remove filled containers from conveyors, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- The candidates should be able to assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties and clean machines and immediate work areas
