Shifts: Day, Evening, On Call, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with efficiency
• The candidates should be adept at performing repetitive tasks with precision, capable of handling heavy loads with proper technique, and physically fit to meet the demands of the job
• The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, possess excellent hand-eye coordination skills, and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
• The candidates should be able to do other miscellaneous crop farming
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as part of their responsibilities, proficient in walking as required for the job, and flexible in tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp area, outdoors, hot area, dusty area, and cold/refrigerated area

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean crops, deleaf, hoe crops, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to perform shoot positioning, do suckering, and perform tying
• The candidates should be able to weed, harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and pick row and orchard crops
• The candidates should be able to clean the work area
