Work Site Environment: Organic farming, Outdoors, At heights, Dusty, Hot
Work Setting: Staff accommodation provided, Rural area, Various locations
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
On The Road Job: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee
Type of Crops: Apples, Cherries
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads and pay attention to detail
- The candidate should have the ability to distinguish between colors and be able to work for overtime hours
- The candidate should be physically demanding and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills and be able to work in a flexible environment
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops also harvest crops
