Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, planting equipment, tillage equipment, tractor
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in corn farming, dry pea, and bean farming
- The candidates should have experience in other grain farming and other miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should have experience in wheat farming and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be comfortable with noisy working conditions and able to work in dusty environments, as well as in hot conditions
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and experienced in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should maintain a high level of attention to detail and be able to stand for extended periods during work

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct grading, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for the market, as well as clean the work area
