Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have warehouse experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to safely operate various power equipment, including pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers, and use RF Scanners to electronically scan barcodes
  • The candidates should be able to enter inventory into the warehouse management system, conduct physical inventory or cycle counts, and develop plans to monitor physical inventories and identify discrepancies

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to impact the organization by meeting specific operational key performance indicators as a Warehouse Associate II
  • The candidates should be able to possess a general knowledge of warehousing terminology and practices and perform warehouse functions including unloading, sorting, picking, kitting, packing, shipping, and cycle counts
  • The candidates should be able to use PC-based warehouse management systems to track packages, confirm shipments, print labels, and perform inventory counts, and may use RF Scanners, carts, pallet jacks, and/or forklifts
  • The candidates should be able to receive and inspect inbound product according to established SOPs and put away product in the correct location
  • The candidates should be able to receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork, and obtain and prioritize orders, select products, and verify accuracy before packing and staging for shipment
  • The candidates should be able to respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to the Supervisor, as well as compile daily and monthly client reports
  • The candidates should be able to encourage safe work practices, participate in the Comprehensive Health & Safety Program (CHSP) committee, and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
