Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics or administration or DEC in logistics
Experience: Candidates should have 3 years of relevant experience

- The candidates should possess good knowledge of industry best practices
- The candidates should be bilingual in French and English, spoken and written, to interact with North American partners
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain business relationships focused on stakeholder profitability with distributors while maintaining an approach focused on customer needs
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the movements of the distribution network and participate in various improvement projects
- The candidates should be able to direct, support, and mobilize the staff under his supervision and ensure the application of the collective agreement in force while maintaining health and safety at the heart of activities
- The candidates should be able to manage daily activities related to his sector (requests for special deliveries, certain customer issues, uniforms, on-board computers, and delivery schedules)
- The candidates should be able to analyze and explain costs related to operations and ensure compliance with established budgets while identifying opportunities for improvement
- The candidates should be able to configure the distribution network according to the department’s objectives and ensure periodic monitoring in order to measure its performance and increase its efficiency, while meeting the targeted level of service for customers
- The candidates should be able to participate in various committees to optimize interdepartmental communications to increase potential synergies
