Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate
- The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks such as section work, capping bins, and stocking picks
- The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow-up on the completion of price changes and feature sets
- The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow-up on modular completion in assigned areas
- The candidates should be able to delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the sales floor as needed, and support with recovery and zoning activities
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris
- The candidates should be able to ensure that associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage requirements and train, coach, and offer feedback to associates
