With manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Canada and warehousing facilities in Buffalo, NY, and representation throughout the United States, ToroidTech has the ability to service all customers within the North American market. Being the first Toroidal Transformer Manufacturer to gain ISO9002 certification and having UL and CSA certifications, ToroidTech has been able to expand its North American market to include such industry verticals as high-end audio and medical instrumentation. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to handle large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be flexible, organized, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage contracts, manage training and development strategies
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, oversee development of communication strategies, oversee the preparation of reports
  • The candidates should be able to advise senior management, respond to employee questions and complaints, negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • The candidates should be able to organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, oversee payroll administration, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
