Salary: $1,200 to $1,300 bi-weekly (To be negotiated) for 75 to 80 hours bi-weekly
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Willing to travel, travel expenses not paid by employer, and public transportation is not available
Work setting: Private sector and health care institution, facility, or clinic

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Mac OS, social media, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while being capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks and demonstrate attention to detail in their work, adapting to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as needed.

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask efficiently and demonstrate effective time management skills, exhibiting maturity in their approach to work and interactions with others

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to operate switchboard or telephone system efficiently, order office supplies as needed, and record and relay information accurately
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices to clients, and maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges accurately, monitor mobile radio or telephone communications, and provide directory assistance
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry accurately, provide exceptional customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
