Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work, demonstrate a focus on clients, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication abilities
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, be organized, demonstrate reliability, and function effectively as a team player
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, show initiative, exercise good judgment, and have the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, authorize payments by cheque, and order merchandise
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, establish work schedules, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and oversee payroll administration
