Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to develop and manage budgets, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify and integrate disruptive technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness at Kraft Heinz
- The candidates should be able to actively manage a portfolio of approximately $20MM in capital expenditure (Capex) projects annually
- The candidates should be able to ensure the health and currency of all Growth applications, keeping operating systems, applications, and related software updated and fit for purpose
- The candidates should be able to build, optimize, and support IT integrations for Growth initiatives
- The candidates should be able to lead the Growth IT team, managing 15+ internal full-time employees (FTEs) along with external consultants and systems integrators
- The candidates should be able to develop and execute an IT strategy in collaboration with business leaders to align with growth objectives, innovation, and R&D initiatives
