Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Afrikaans
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of work experience: Health administration
Area of specialization: Reports, Forms and records

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare and format page presentation, compile data, statistics and other information, provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing, order office supplies and maintain inventory, file material in storage area
  • The candidates should be able to label files according to retention and disposal schedules, label, file and retrieve documents, locate and remove files requested
  • The candidates should be able to organize and schedule office work, prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, store, update and retrieve financial data
