Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, as the role involves greeting and seating guests throughout the restaurant
- The candidates should be capable of lifting and carrying menus or other items as needed, demonstrating physical strength and flexibility
- The candidates should be adaptable to a dynamic environment, handling various tasks such as answering phones, assisting with guest inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be passionate, warm, and enjoy meeting and talking to new people
- The candidates should possess good communication skills to interact with customers and provide information about table availability and wait times
- The candidates should have excellent organizational skills to manage reservations effectively and coordinate with the serving staff
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interact with all guests entering and exiting the building in a helpful and friendly manner
- The candidates should be able to fulfill guests’ needs and requests, both in-person and over the phone, efficiently and with assurance
- The candidates should be able to engage in conversation with guests whenever appropriate and acknowledge any first-time guests and guests joining us for a special occasion
- The candidates should be able to organize reservations and walk-in guests to control and maximize the seating of the restaurant
- The candidates should be able to work well under pressure to help alleviate guest concerns by patiently and adequately explaining the process of the wait and doing everything within their power to meet all guest needs efficiently
- The candidates should be able to liaise with management and other service staff to ensure all guests’ needs are met in a timely fashion
