Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Word processing software, Internet

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
- The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, general information about points of interest in the area, investigate and resolve complaints and claims, and process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, follow emergency and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, answer telephone calls and relay messages, assist clients/guests with special needs, contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide customer service
