Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in product management and/or business analysis

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have strong knowledge of HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors and Workday
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate process mapping workshops and conduct process gap analysis
  • The candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and project management skills
  • The candidates should exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The candidates should possess knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and processes

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage the HR technology product roadmap, ensuring all roadmap items (enhancements, fixes, and cyclical updates) are addressed and drive the resource plan for all activities in technology they will be driving
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with the HR Technology Team and the different HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in understanding, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements and update and communicate the product roadmap, including impact assessment for any product updates or releases
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with the HR Technology Team and vendors to gather feedback from technical incidents and gaps, creating a feedback loop to capture those technical gaps in the form of business requirements and involved in testing system fixes and testing future enhancements before promoting them to production
  • The candidates should be able to maintain the HR technology roadmap for the assigned production/application, ensuring periodic review of the roadmap backlog and drive prioritization of the HR technology product roadmap to ensure business priorities are reflected in the features and backlog items identified in the roadmap
  • The candidates should be able to maintain technical documentation, including but not limited to Business Requirements Documentation, Test Plan, Configuration Workbooks, Change Logs, Decision Logs, and RAID Logs and perform process analysis to understand the current state and facilitate workshops to define the future state of the product
  • The candidates should be able to conduct system audits and monitor recurring issues that should be addressed through product enhancements
  • The candidates should be able to work within People Operations, Business HR, and other HR customer-oriented teams to promote the use of HR technologies and gather feedback on the user experience
  • The candidates should be able to research and keep up-to-date on HR technology best practices and system-related enhancements, updating processes, and tools
  • The candidates should be able to promote a knowledge-sharing culture within HR by collaborating across HR teams on HR technology trends
