Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting and be attentive to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work and dependable in handling responsibilities
- The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills, excellent in both oral and written communication
- The candidates should be organized in their approach and reliable in meeting commitments
- The candidates should be a team player and flexible in adapting to different situations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to process classification, staffing, and other personnel documents, store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data, and manage the personnel information database
- The candidates should be able to maintain registration systems, records, and files, prepare staff relations information, and provide basic information to clients and the public
- The candidates should be able to arrange for in-house and external staff training, respond to inquiries regarding personnel matters, and arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies
- The candidates should be able to screen job applicants, administer and score employment tests, conduct reference checks, and prepare reports
