Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a large workload while maintaining strong attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should have good judgment, be highly organized, demonstrate reliability, excel as team players, and uphold strong values and ethics

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies, advise on their interpretation, and mediate labor disputes and grievances
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements, research job-related matters, and administer benefit and other HR programs
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate performance appraisal programs, research employee benefits and safety practices, and oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff
