Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Master’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 3+ years of Human Resources experience

  • The candidates should work from the Toronto General Office, with a requirement to be in the office at least 40% of the time
  • The candidates should have a Bachelor’s and conduct business in English and French (written and verbal)
  • The candidates should have a passion for HR and a focus in Human Resources, Labor or Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness, or Industrial Psychology
  • The candidates should be proficient in working with applications such as Workday and Excel and demonstrate strong courageous leadership
  • The candidates should have strong communication, influencing, collaboration, interpersonal, and team-building skills
  • The candidates should have a proven track record of success in varied endeavors and a growth mindset and learning agility

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to serve as a strong HR Partner to P&G Canada organizational units, playing a critical role in executive coaching, building manager capability, shaping the site’s culture, change management, organizational design, and effectiveness, and ensuring the execution of People Systems, Policies, and Processes with excellence
  • The candidates should be able to lead larger scale HR projects and initiatives to support the function and total Canada
  • The candidates should be able to continually invest in their own HR capability through both formal and informal training
