Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, ensuring effective interactions with clients and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines, showcasing teamwork by fostering collaboration and teamwork
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers, accept payment in various forms, order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, and take orders, relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to perform sensory evaluation of wines
