Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should have attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare and post notices and advertisements
- The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
