Work setting: Retail or wholesale establishment or distribution centre

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of more than one language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Database software, Internet and MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, work under pressure, pay attention to detail, perform repetitive tasks and maintain tight deadlines
  • The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, work in a flexible environment and also work in an organized way
  • The candidate should be punctual, reliable and also a team player
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and also excellent oral and written communication


  • The candidate should be able to access and process information and also answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidate should be able to arrange for billing for services and maintain records and statistics
  • The candidate should be able to receive and log complaints and receive payments
