Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be a team player, dependable, and reliable

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to give access to computer networks, report on the performance of computer systems and networks, and respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers
  • The candidates should be able to consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions, provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, and collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • The candidates should be able to set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
