Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have adult learning to life through engaging learning experiences

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have conduct needs analysis using design principles to identify and define training and be solve business problems through relevant learning

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be use graphic design and multimedia software, preferably the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate, as well as Vyond
  • The candidates should be up to date with Generative AI, augmented reality, virtual learning assistants, video, podcasting, and authoring tools

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to apply Cognitive Science principles to the creation of learning assets and demonstrate active listening skills and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to think counter-intuitively and enjoy reframing questions, tasks, and problems
  • The candidates should be able to design innovative learning experiences for organizations by gaining consensus among multiple stakeholders and understand and implement inclusive design for diverse learning
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a growth mentality and show eagerness to learn and engage in innovative work
  • The candidates should be able to use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, microlearning platforms like Axonify, and Content Management Systems like Xyleme
