Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 2211 E Emmett Hall Rd. Regina, SK S4N 2Y3
Shifts: Day, 08:00 to 15:00
Transportation information: Own transportation, and public transportation is available
Work setting: Construction

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare the general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll, while also managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • The candidates should be able to invoice clients, collect payments from debtors, and perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties
