Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in food science
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in quality and technical

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work occasional shifts, weekends, and any required overtime
  • The candidates should be able to manage multiple assignments, develop work plans, and establish priorities

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have or a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, quality or technical (R and D)
  • The candidates should have advanced knowledge of relevant quality systems, procedures, and policies
  • The candidates should have knowledge of statistical processes and effective communication skills in French and English

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to evaluate equipment by performing reference check samples and direct quality functions as directed by the Quality Systems Manager
  • The candidates should be able to responsible for the maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of all laboratory tests and equipment and lead the overall calibration process by evaluating tests required to maintain and improve calibrations
  • The candidates should be able to manage laboratory analysis programs, including microbiological and pathogen testing and manage finished product laboratory testing and time evaluation programs
  • The candidates should be able to responsible for ordering and managing the inventory of laboratory supplies and present and explain statistical analysis of processes
  • The candidates should be able to train, supervise, and lead a team including quality technicians, analysts, and laboratory coordinators and follow up on identified non-conformities and provide responses
  • The candidates should be able to actively participate in planning, defining, and leading the site audit control program to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, GMP standards, Kraft Heinz requirements, and regulatory and local laws
  • The candidates should be able to train the site on proper inspection procedures and ensure the facility is inspection-ready at all times, providing quality and sanitation support for marketing projects
  • The candidates should be able to support all internal and external inspections and regulatory visits, assist with audit preparation, accompany inspectors, and complete necessary reports and assignments
