Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear, Gloves, Mask, and Ear plugs
Credentials: Forklift Operator Certification
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments and be able to handle repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and possess hand-eye coordination
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while also being capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assist machine operators or assemblers in the manufacturing process and in setting up and dismantling equipment
  • The candidates should be able to clean and lubricate machinery and equipment, and transport material and tools to and from work areas
  • The candidates should be able to prepare raw materials for the mixing process and monitor machines to watch for jammed materials or defective products
