Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have hold an MD degree
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology
  • The candidates should be eligible for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • The candidates should hold fellowship training in Abdominal or Body imaging and trained in abdominal and pelvic imaging
  • The candidates should have experience reporting PET or CT studies, which will be a significant
  • The candidates should have additional cardiothoracic imaging fellowship training encompassing chest CT and cardiac MRI and CT, which may be considered extra assets to provide interdivisional cross-coverage
  • The candidates should have a strong record of academic achievement and committed to outstanding quality in clinical operations

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to rotate independently through all areas of abdominal and pelvic imaging, including US, CT, MRI, X-ray, and image-guided procedures
  • The candidates should be able to support the mission of excellent patient care in a positive and constructive work environment
  • The candidates should be able to engage in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows and perform routine fluoroscopic GI/GU procedures
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent patient care, continuous quality improvement, research, and teaching
  • The candidates should be able to be self-starters and team players, contributing to the overall mission of the department
