Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Experience: Candidates should have 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 2+ years of experience in coding with proficiency in Python and 2+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
- The candidates should have the ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
- The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2+ years of experience in technical engineering, or equivalent experience
- The candidates should have 1+ years of experience creating publications such as patents or peer-reviewed academic papers
- The candidates should have 2+ years of experience in deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- The candidates should have a passion for deep learning models and be willing to collaborate with AI experts and engineers in the team
- The candidates should be proficient in machine learning, statistics, and data science and a passion and experience in building large-scale AI models as general AI services to empower many organizations and people
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work on the architecture, design, and development of the next generation of evaluation platform
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with researchers, applied scientists, and machine learning engineers to design and build end-to-end pipelines covering model training, data analysis, model serving, and model evaluation
- The candidates should be able to implement the latest evaluation methods from published literature and industry practices
- The candidates should be able to drive new product features and evaluation metrics and embody the company’s culture and values
