Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning and Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to recruit and hire staff and also supervise staff
- The candidate should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, enforce policies and procedures and also establish work schedules
- The candidate should be able to perform front desk duties, prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses and also arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and also assist clients/guests with special needs
