Salary: $14.25 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Seasonal employment
Location: Sherrington, QC
Shifts: Day and Evening
Work setting: Other miscellaneous crop farming and outdoors
Security and safety: Basic security clearance and criminal record should checked
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Type of crops: Carrots and Onions
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to hand harvesting vegetables
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
