Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility, working groups, industrial mechanics, fabric, fur, and leather cutters
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Advertising, market research, marketing, sales, strategy
Area of work experience: Project coordination, tailoring
Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), MS Excel, MS Word, spreadsheet, tablet computer, Aloha Point of Sale (POS)
Specialization/experience (business sales and services): Negotiation
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and work effectively under pressure while being physically capable of handling demanding tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be organized team players
- The candidates should demonstrate creativity, quick learning abilities, and effective multitasking skills

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to effectively train, supervise, and develop staff to ensure competent performance of their duties
- The candidates should be able to develop promotional materials, market business services, and coordinate special events to attract and retain customers and boost sales
- The candidates should be able to plan, control budgets, and evaluate marketing strategies to enhance business performance and ensure financial efficiency
- The candidates should be able to direct, evaluate departments responsible for maintaining media relations, and advise clients on effective advertising or sales promotion strategies
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the design, development, and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites, and maintain digital databases efficiently
- The candidates should be able to conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, consult with clients after sale, and supervise staff to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of organizational goals
- The candidates should be able to inspect products, examine them for defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain contact with suppliers, ensure product quality meets established standards, and provide input into product design effectively
