Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Experience: Candidates should have an experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product or project management

  • The candidates should have a strong background in customer engagement products, such as ecommerce, email and text notifications, call center technologies, or related areas
  • The candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • The candidates should possess exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • The candidates should have excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • The candidates should exhibit an analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to develop a comprehensive strategy for customer engagement products aligned with the company’s vision and objectives. Identify market trends and the competitive landscape to drive product differentiation
  • The candidate should be able to create and communicate a clear product roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term goals for technical products related to customer engagement
  • The candidate should be able to work closely with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, considering user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate with Engineering teams in an Agile environment to prioritize features, plan sprints, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products
  • The candidate should be able to champion exceptional user experience by collaborating with Design teams to create intuitive interfaces and engaging customer interactions across multiple channels
  • The candidate should be able to continuously monitor product performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, provide product training materials, and support effective product launches
  • The candidate should be able to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to customer engagement products
