Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to tolerate dusty environments, as well as capable of handling physically demanding and repetitive tasks
- The candidates should have attention to detail, be able to stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility, good judgement, and reliability
- The candidates should be organized team players with strong values and ethics
- The candidates should be quick learners
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, spray, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry, as well as operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
