Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product or project management

  • The candidates should have a strong background in customer engagement products, such as ecommerce email and text notifications, call centre technologies, or related areas
  • The candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and have experience working in cross-functional teams
  • The candidates should possess exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • The candidates should have an analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our technical products that directly impact customer interactions. These include but are not limited to, Communication channels (email, SMS), contact centre capabilities, a mix of home grown and 3rd party tools
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Design, Contact Centre, Operations, and Digital, to create innovative solutions that drive customer communication, satisfaction, and Omni-channel business growth
  • The candidates should be able to utilize their deep understanding of product management principles, technical expertise, and ability to navigate complex projects
  • The candidates should be able to develop a comprehensive strategy for customer engagement products aligned with the company’s vision and objectives
  • The candidates should be able to identify market trends and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation
  • The candidates should be able to create and communicate a clear product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals for technical products related to customer engagement
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, considering user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with Engineering teams in an Agile environment to prioritize features, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • The candidates should be able to champion exceptional user experience by collaborating with Design teams to create intuitive interfaces and engaging customer interactions across multiple channels
  • The candidates should be able to continuously monitor product performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, provide product training materials, and support effective product launches
  • The candidates should be able to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to customer engagement products
