Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be capable of working under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have strong attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate adaptability, be collaborative, and demonstrate efficiency
  • The candidates should be hardworking, maintain a positive attitude, and have strong time management skills
  • The candidates should prioritize client focus, have efficient interpersonal and oral communication skills, and exhibit excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, be organized, be team players, and have the ability to multitask

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, evaluate and plan organizational strategies, manage staff, and assign duties
  • The candidates should be able to study market research and trends, locate, select, and procure merchandise, and develop and implement marketing strategies
  • The candidates should be able to plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews
