Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of 3 years in Electrical, Chemical, Physics, or Mechanical engineering programs at an accredited University
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

  • The candidates should be enrolled in full-time schooling, with preference given to those who have completed at least
  • The candidates should possess natural leadership and business skills, demonstrated in academic and extracurricular activities
  • The candidates should have strong communication skills that will enable them to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment
  • The candidates should have technical curiosity and enjoy thinking critically to uncover insights, and be ready to take a hands-on approach to problem solving and executing solutions that will help build million-dollar brands

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects based on a detailed scope of work, which may include process control, engineering, systems improvements, and quality improvement
  • The candidates should be able to participate in corporate and functional onboarding programs to accelerate their training and development
  • The candidates should be able to integrate into affinity groups for socializing, mentorship, and accessing resources
