Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Audio/audio-visual, Interactive/new media, Project management
Area of work experience: Marketing
Computer and technology knowledge: Microsoft Publisher, MS Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Own tools/equipment: Internet access and Cellular phone
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail even in challenging situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks, take initiative when necessary, and be organized in managing tasks
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to act as a spokesperson for the organization effectively, advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies proficiently, and coordinate special publicity events and promotions smoothly
- The candidates should be able to conduct public opinion and attitude surveys accurately, develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes proficiently, and initiate and maintain contact with the media appropriately
