Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Micrometers, Callipers, Gauges, and Verniers
Equipment and machinery experience: Automatic lathes, Computer numerical control (CNC) machines, and Milling machines
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at managing tight deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and time management skills
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and have a strong attention to detail, ensuring endurance and precision in tasks
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required, showcasing flexibility and dedication to meeting work demands
- The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables, and compute dimensions and tolerances, measuring and laying out work pieces
- The candidates should be able to set up and adjust production machinery/tools, fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, and document/report deviations from specifications
- The candidates should be able to maintain inspection records, complete inspection reports, and verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- The candidates should be able to set up, operate, and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, ensuring accurate production
- The candidates should be able to verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments, showcasing proficiency in quality control
