Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interview patients to gather comprehensive case histories, documenting medical backgrounds and current symptoms accurately
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently, ensuring timely and organized clinic operations
  • The candidates should be able to complete insurance and other claim forms accurately, facilitating reimbursement for medical services rendered
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a systematic filing system for organizing and storing patient records and essential documents securely
  • The candidates should be able to manage supplies and inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of necessary items for smooth office functioning
  • The candidates should be able to establish office procedures and routines to enhance workflow and productivity, optimizing office operations
  • The candidates should be able to input and format electronic medical reports and correspondence accurately, preparing documents for professional review
  • The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records in compliance with privacy regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data security
