Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be well-organized with the ability to maintain records, be detail-oriented, the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- The candidates should have the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends and lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should have the ability to climb a ladder, demonstrate efficiency, organization, and neatness
- The candidates should be able to cope with changing situations on the sales floor, handle cash responsibilities (if applicable) with accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders

The candidates should have strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills and basic computer and cash register skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize backroom products and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
- The candidates should be able to use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks, Â manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- The candidates should be able to maintain expertise in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, and expiry dates
- The candidates should be able to uphold store standards related to image and trends, ensure product displays are consumer-focused and easily accessible
- The candidates should be able to receive merchandise in accordance with receiving policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to maintain a neat and organized backroom following backroom organization principles
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper documentation is completed for receiving and returning goods
- The candidates should be able to support the Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards
