Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: Central reservation system (CRS), MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows
Area of work experience: Management
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • The candidates should be willing to for overtime

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, initiative, and flexible
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, recruit and hire staff, supervise staff
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, conduct training sessions
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • The candidates should be able to perform front desk duties, prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • The candidates should be able to prepare marketing plans, implement marketing activities, arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
  • The candidates should be able to enforce policies and procedures, address customers’ complaints or concerns, assist clients/guests with special needs
  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement business plans, manage day-to-day business operations, establish work schedules, organize and maintain inventory
