Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be capable of handling repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, function effectively as team players, and exhibit reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should also answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries, while overseeing the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidates must respond to employee questions and complaints, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, providing customer service as needed to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the office environment
