Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers and determine/establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer electronic inquiries, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, train, direct, and motivate staff, and respond to employee questions and complaints
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development strategies, establish and implement policies and procedures, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
