Requirements:

Language: English
Education: College, CEGEP or any other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years of duration or equivalent experience in the concerned field
Experience: Approximately 1 year to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements: 

  • The candidate will be required to greet people.
  • The candidate will be required to direct people to contacts or service areas.
  • The candidate will be required to establish work priorities.

  • The candidate will be required to compile statistics and other information.
  • The candidate will be required to review new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to implement new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to assemble data.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare periodic reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare special reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare manuals.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare correspondence.
  • The candidate will be required to open and distribute regular incoming mail.
  • The candidate will be required to open and distribute electronic incoming mail and other material.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate the flow of information.
  • The candidate will be required to set up and maintain manual information filing systems.
  • The candidate will be required to set up and maintain computerized information filing systems.
