Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks
  • The candidates should be highly organized and demonstrate reliability in their commitments

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to carry out and oversee administrative activities of the establishment, coordinating and planning for office services
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data for reports and correspondence
